City Chapel Lent Devotional
City Chapel, a church in Grand Rapids, reached out for a designed 2021 Advent Devotional. The devotional was sent weekly via email to church members, so content was written out weekly by the staff and design was done shortly after in a limited timeframe. As the devotional was titled "Journey through Lent", I used muted colors, nature imagery, and topography motifs throughout to convey a mood of contemplation. Maintaining a balance of uniqueness and consistency was key in this project.
